At 44, I left my life in Argentina to move to Ireland and start over from scratch.
I listened to my inner voice and decided to follow my dreams.
Was it easy? Not at all. But it is possible.
That change marked the beginning of a profound journey of personal transformation, where yoga, travel, and inner growth became the center of my life.
Yoga helped me reduce stress, regain energy, and feel strong and confident in my body again.
Traveling alone taught me to trust myself, make decisions, and enjoy the world freely.
Today, I am a yoga teacher for beginners, a tourism professional, and a mentor for women who want to travel solo with confidence.
I combine these three passions to support women who are at a turning point, who want to reconnect with their bodies, gain confidence, and dare to explore the world step by step.
